The OUBB is available for private function hire with negotiable rates available to colleges and societies of the University. Furthermore, the band can tailor its performance to the specific requirements of your engagement.

OUBB provides all its own equipment. The band will play for any duration of time but does not generally provide smaller ensembles; the only exception being if the whole band has been booked for the function and a smaller ensemble is required in addition to the big band.
